To use the Khiladi Anari Platform, you must meet the following eligibility criteria:

  • You must be a resident of India, but not a resident of Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Tamil Nadu, Assam, or Odisha.
  • You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
  • You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.

By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you meet all of the above eligibility requirements. If you do not meet these requirements, you are prohibited from accessing or using the Platform.

3. User Account

To access certain features of the Platform, you may be required to create a user account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

5. User Conduct

Users must not engage in any fraudulent, illegal, or unfair activities on the Platform. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Colluding with other users to manipulate contest results.

  • Posting offensive, abusive, or inappropriate content.

We have a zero-tolerance policy for such behavior. Users found violating these rules will have their accounts permanently suspended, and we may take legal action if necessary.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Khiladi Anari Platform, including but not limited to the logo, design, text, graphics, images, software, and trademarks, is the property of Khiladi Anari or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not:

  • Copy, reproduce, distribute, or modify any content from the Platform without our prior written consent.
  • Use our trademarks, logos, or branding in any manner without permission.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software used on the Platform.

7. No Real Money Transactions

Khiladi Anari is a completely free-to-play platform. There are no entry fees, no cash prizes, and no financial transactions of any kind. Users do not need to deposit money or provide payment information to use the Platform.

Since there are no real money transactions, users cannot win or lose money on the Platform. All contests and activities are for entertainment purposes only.

8. Limitation of Liability

Khiladi Anari is provided "as is" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Platform will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Khiladi Anari and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform.

This includes, but is not limited to, damages for loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Khiladi Anari and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to:

  • Your use of the Platform.
  • Your violation of these Terms.
  • Your violation of any rights of another person or entity.
  • Any content you submit or transmit through the Platform.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to:

  • Violation of these Terms.
  • Fraudulent or illegal activity.
  • Providing false or misleading information.
  • Engaging in behavior that harms other users or the Platform.

Upon termination, your right to use the Platform will immediately cease, and we may delete your account and all associated data.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. When we make changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. We may also notify you of significant changes via email or through the Platform.

Your continued use of the Platform after any changes to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you must stop using the Platform.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.

13. Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through good faith negotiations. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation, it shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable.
